Scoura runs on credits. New accounts start with 10 free credits (valid 30 days) — enough to try a full request. After that, you buy a one-off credit pack and spend credits only when you use an action. No subscription.
What do credit packs cost?

Packs are one-off purchases in Australian dollars, paid by card through Stripe. Buying a bigger pack lowers the per-credit price.

Outreach is billed per email that actually sends — if an email fails to send, it isn't charged.
These numbers come from the same configuration the app itself uses to charge credits, so this page can't drift out of date from the real prices.
What does a typical request cost?
A typical first request — identifying an item from photos (1 credit), finding suppliers (1 credit), and emailing five of them (5 credits) — costs 7 credits, which fits inside the 10 free starting credits.

What happens if an action fails?
Outreach emails are charged per email that actually sends. If a search finds nothing, Scoura tells you honestly — you're paying for the work performed, and failed sends aren't billed.
